Terms
These Terms describe the basis on which Infintech Europe offers training services, accepts bookings, issues quotations and invoices, and manages participant attendance, course delivery, and related website use.
Acceptance and Scope
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, registering a participant, or placing an order for training services, you agree to these Terms as they apply to the relevant service. Additional commercial details may also be confirmed in a proposal, invoice, schedule, or written client communication.
Bookings, Quotations, and Confirmations
Course availability, venues, trainers, delivery formats, and schedules are subject to confirmation. Quotations are issued based on the information available at the time and may be updated if scope, delegate numbers, venue requirements, tax treatment, or delivery assumptions change.
- A booking is treated as confirmed once accepted by Infintech Europe or once we issue a registration confirmation, invoice, or written acceptance.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring participant names, billing details, and booking information are accurate before delivery.
- In-house training proposals may be subject to agreed scope, location, timing, travel requirements, and custom content assumptions.
Fees, VAT, and Payment
Fees are stated in the applicable quotation, registration summary, or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, fees may exclude taxes, local charges, or bank transfer costs. VAT or other applicable taxes may be added where required.
- Payment terms are as stated on the relevant invoice.
- Clients are responsible for paying invoices in full by the due date using the reference number shown on the invoice.
- Late payment may affect attendance confirmation, certificate release, or future bookings where commercially necessary.
Substitutions, Changes, and Cancellations
Participant substitutions may be accepted where requested in reasonable time before delivery and where the substitute meets any relevant programme requirements. Cancellation or rescheduling requests are reviewed based on timing, committed costs, venue arrangements, and the type of training engagement.
Where a client asks to move or cancel a confirmed training engagement, charges may still apply for committed administrative work, venue costs, trainer allocations, travel commitments, or bespoke development work already undertaken.
Course Delivery and Adjustments
We may make reasonable changes to course content, trainer, venue, format, timing, or supporting materials where necessary to maintain delivery quality, respond to operational issues, or reflect updates in subject matter. We also reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or replace a course where circumstances reasonably require it.
Where changes materially affect a confirmed booking, we will aim to communicate the update as soon as practicable and work with the client on a suitable next step.
Materials, Certificates, and Intellectual Property
Training materials, content, course structures, proposals, and supporting documents remain the property of Infintech Europe or the relevant rights holder unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. They may not be copied, redistributed, republished, or adapted for commercial use without permission.
Certificates may be issued where the relevant course requirements are satisfied. We may withhold or correct certificates where participant information is incomplete, payment issues remain unresolved, or an administrative error needs to be fixed.
Liability and Website Use
We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but website content is provided on a general information basis and may change without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Infintech Europe will not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of the website or training services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Participant Conduct and Force Majeure
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during training. We may take reasonable action if behavior disrupts delivery, creates safety concerns, or undermines the learning environment.
We are not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events outside reasonable control, including travel disruption, venue closures, public emergencies, infrastructure failure, government action, or other force majeure circumstances.
Privacy, Contact, and Updates
Personal information submitted through bookings, enquiries, or website forms is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this website.
For any commercial, operational, or legal question relating to these Terms, contact Infintech Europe at info@infintech.eu or through our public contact page.
